'Check yourself' in Colorado

23/10/04: by Trish Whelan — Police in Colorado in the US have been distributing breathalysers to customers in bars and restaurants so they can make their own judgement as to whether they are capable of driving home after drinking.

They hope that the initiative will encourage peopleto take personal responsibility for avoiding driving while over the limit.
