Ford makes new appointments
6 May 2001: Henry Ford & Son Limited has appointed Denis McSweeney (left) as Marketing Manager and David O’Driscoll (right) as Sales Director. Denis McSweeney joined Ford of Ireland in 1971 and holds a BCL and Masters in Law from University College Cork. He was previously Customer Service Manager, a position he assumed in mid-1993 following an assignment with Ford of Europe in the European Fleet and Leasing division.
Previously Field Operations Director, David O’Driscoll joined the company in 1979, having graduated with a B.Comm from University College Cork. He has worked in various finance and sales positions within Ford of Ireland and Ford of Europe and was Finance Manager and Company Secretary in Cork from September 1993 to January 1999.
