Supercar Sunday - 14 July

5 July 2002: Any Irish car fans travelling in Britain on Sunday week will have an opportunity to see some of the world’s most exciting and glamorous cars as they descend on The Heritage Motor Centre at Gaydon, one mile from the M40, Junction 12, for Supercar Sunday (July 14).

Over 400 supercars are expected at the Heritage Motor Centre on the day, including a large number of Ferraris, Maseratis, Lamborghinis, DeLoreans and Dodge Vipers. Visitors will also have an opportunity to ride in the car of their dreams on the day, in a charity raffle.

A cavalcade of supercars will be on display making this one of the largest super-charged car collections in the UK. Pictured above is a Ferrari P4 which will be appearing at The Heritage Motor Centre.

Visitors will be able to talk to the experts, mingle amongst the elite models ‘in the flesh’ and join in the fun during the day.

One of the highlights will be the Racoon Aerobatics display team that will be taking to the air and providing a daring show.

Entrance to the Supercar event also includes access to the world’s largest collection of historic British cars.
