Opel Ireland says Njoy 2003
16 December 2002: Opel Ireland is strongly promoting special Njoy versions of the Corsa and the Astra for the key January buying period.
In addition to the models-standard power steering, dual airbags, remote central locking, electric front windows and height adjustable front seats, the NJoy cars have a number of no-cost-extra refinements.
The Corsa NJoy, which comes in 3- and 5-door body styles with 1- and 1.2-litre engine options, also has a front grille chrome bar, matt chrome exterior mirrors, chrome tail pipe, matt chrome centre instrument panel, chrome dials and gear shift knob. It also offers three new cloth trim choices, colour keyed safety belts, and leather clad steering wheel with colour stitching.
Prices for Corsa NJoy range from E13,990 to E16,100 ex works.
The Astra NJoy has 15" alloy wheels, charcoal metallic centre console, chrome ringed dials and gear shift cap, body coloured door handles, chrome front grille, tinted front and rear lights plus new upholstery in a choice of four colours.
Available with 1.4- and 1.6-litre petrol plus 1.7- and 2-litre diesel engines, prices range from E18,690 to E23,890.
The ’03 Zafira has also been upgraded for 2003, with a new chrome front grille, body coloured door handles and tail lamp with white blinker lens. The second row of seating for three now offers even more convenience of a 40/20/40 split.
In addition, the second row now has the added security of a three-point safety belt which is a legal requirement for the third passenger here. Then, in the third row of the Zafira’s unique Flex7 seating system, there is now a new, more ergonomic pull-up handle for easier access for the two back seat passengers.
