18 March 2003: Opel's Zafira compact MPV has been upgraded for 2003 with a discreet chrome surround to the front grille and new head lamps with a similar look and feel to the new Vectra.

Three-point safety seat belts are now standard in the second row of seats, which also have a new Isofix child seat attachment. The same seats now also glide easily forwards or backwards by some 54cm and can be set anywhere in between. The back-rests of the second row can now be adjusted in two positions.

The Zafira Elegance now has 6J x 15 seven-spoke alloy wheels as
standard, and both the Comfort and Elegance now have Electronic Climate Control, Xenon Lights and dark tinted Headlamp housing as options.

The 03 Zafira price range costs between E24,650 and E36,300.
