Peugeot puts van in Dublin Zoo

06 November 2002: Peugeot has donated an Expert van to Dublin Zoo, Ireland’s top visitor attraction in 2002. The provision of the van coincides with the start of a campaign to raise funds to buy another hippopotamous for the facility - the Hoovie the Hippo Fund.

The "Peugeot Zoo Van" will be used on a daily basis for the collection of fresh food and vegetables and for the transport of animals.

The exterior of the van features an animated array of animal pictures
including an image of a hippo and the message on the van to ‘follow it along’
to Dublin Zoo.

Over 650,000 will visit Dublin Zoo this year.
