Toyota sponsors GAA All Stars

13 February 2003: Toyota Ireland has announced a major sponsorship with the GAA which will benefit player funds and see Toyota become ‘The official car supplier to the GAA’.
The principle element of the programme will see the winning teams in this year’s Bank of Ireland Football Championship and Guinness Hurling Championship receive Toyota Corollas while the respective runner-ups will each receive a Toyota Yaris.
The winners of the Allianz Football & Hurling Leagues will also receive a Toyota Corolla each. From 2004 we will be presenting the winners of the AIB Club Football & Hurling Championships with Toyota Corollas.
The vehicles will be presented to the relevant County Board or Club specifically for the purpose of assisting them in their fund raising initiatives for the players. The sponsorship programme is a 3 year agreement.
Other elements of the programme will include All Star players receiving a special discount on the purchase of a new Toyota during their term as an All-Star and a signage and advertising programme around match days at Croke Park.
